What your Shopify theme controls
The boundary between Liquid, CSS and JavaScript we can fix—and Shopify or app code we cannot.
We take your store from “we have a problem” to a tested, private fixed theme. You get the source changes and dated evidence. Your live store stays untouched until you approve the result.
Got a demand letter, settlement deadline or internal launch date? Send us the store. We’ll tell you within two business days whether we can take it on.
We tested a real, well-built online store. An automated scanner gave it a near-clean result.
Then we checked it by keyboard. Ten things could be reached but not seen — including the Add to Cart button. Someone shopping without a mouse could land on it with no way to tell what they were about to click.
The scanner found none of them. Scanners catch roughly a third of the problems. The rest need a person, and that’s the third that shows up in letters from lawyers.
No meetings needed. We work by short video and email, so nothing has to fit around a timezone.
The scope check does not include code changes or a legal opinion. You keep the written scope pack if either side decides not to continue. In that case, there is no further payment.
$10,000
to fix one Shopify theme.
The $1,500 scope check comes first and counts toward it.
You keep the written scope either way. If you continue, the remaining $8,500 is invoiced only after you accept the completed preview.
If your store doesn’t fit that price, we’ll say so at the scope check and tell you what it would take instead. We’d rather turn work down than squeeze your store into the wrong package.
Understand what theme code can change, test your own shopping journey, and see what a remediation project actually includes.

A five-minute journey through navigation, product options, Add to Cart and the cart.

No, and be careful with anyone who says it will. We’re not lawyers and we don’t handle claims. What we do is the technical work most agreements ask for, and give you a dated record showing exactly what was fixed and when. Your lawyer decides what that’s worth to your case.
Usually not. Those tools sit on top of your site instead of changing it. More than a third of the businesses sued in 2025 already had one installed, and US regulators fined one of the biggest widget companies $1,000,000 over what it claimed. We change the code underneath instead.
Theme companies are responsible for bugs in the theme they sell, and many build accessibility into their code. They do not control the store you run after installation. Your settings, content, apps, custom code and theme version all change the result. Shopify says that following its theme accessibility practices does not guarantee a completely accessible theme, and its Theme Store rules treat customizations and app integrations as additional services. We test and repair the specific store you operate, then prove the agreed shopping journeys.
No. We work on a copy of your theme. Your live store is untouched until you tell us to publish, and switching back is one click.
Not for the free fit check. If you choose the paid scope check, we ask for a Shopify collaborator account with theme access. We don’t ask for your owner password or access to orders, customers or payments. You don’t need a developer, a GitHub account or anything technical.
No. The form is a free fit request. There is no card, invoice or commitment. If your store appears to fit, we’ll explain the paid scope check and you decide whether to buy it.
A few days for the scope check, then usually two to three weeks. If your deadline is tighter than that, tell us at the start and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.
Not right now. We do one thing — Shopify themes — and we’d rather do that properly than spread thin.
Start free. Send your store address and tell us what prompted you. We’ll review the public storefront and reply within two business days. You do not pay, enter a card, give us Shopify access or book a meeting. The reply only tells you whether the package appears suitable; it does not include an audit, findings, a score or a report.
Continue only if you want the detailed plan. If the store appears to fit, you can buy the $1,500 scope check. That is when we request theme-only access, test representative pages and write the exact fixes, tests, exclusions and acceptance criteria. You keep the scope pack if you stop there. If you continue with the $10,000 project, the full $1,500 counts toward it, and the remaining $8,500 is invoiced only after you accept the completed preview.
